Post work, went for an awesome long run. Just under 3 miles non-stop. Not bad at all.
For dinner, Kelc and I cooked up some chicken breast and pesto pasta.
Went to bed early.

Yeah my thumb is swelling up. When I showered, I noticed that a glaze of dried up aloe vera gel was forming with water being applied. Maybe the aloe was being counter-productive and suffocating my skin. I'm going to scrape that off and try a few hours without it to see what happens.
